CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate our Zen SPA services an appointment basis. Booking in advance is advised due to high demand.
In case you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please inform us by e-mail at least 24h in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price is applied.

Dear guest! Consuming your own food and drinks in Zen SPA is not allowed.
